I cannot believe that this is the same Geumryang from season 1, he was so terrible then but he’s become such a cinnamon roll now. Also, Taesun’s little chibi drawings when he has button-like round little eyes and his cheeks are all flushed are so unbelievably cute!!
This is so disappointing. I had such high hopes for this webtoon, because there were some great possibilities for the plot when it comes to romance, sex and versatility, character development etc. I mean, the toxic duo has an interesting dynamic and Nanjo is a genuinely good guy (the way he treats his staff, the way he wants to treat the guy he likes with affection and kindness, not even wanting to treat him roughly during sex, which is kind of cute).
But of course, the plot took the worst possible turn and we have another corruption and rape story on our hands. There are so many such webtoons on this website and some I can even mindlessly read and enjoy, if I’m not paying careful attention to what’s really happening. This one just had a lot of potential is all, that’s why I’m disappointed.
