As far as I remember, the MC struggles with SH and the ML came into in life and they started dating when he found out about his SH. then the MC found out he was just dating him bc he felt pity for his SH, he tried to leave but the MC revealed that he also had a friend who struggled with SH etc and the MC just resembles his old friend a lot..i cant even remember the artstyle
