I don't remember much but here goes some of the plot - opening scene shows the female lead being killed by some guards for taking the blame of the male lead. We could see that the male lead was trying to stop that from happening. And then both got reincarnated and obviously are trying to change this fate.
There was a scene where as kids, the fl and ml were passing by the fl mother's portrait and the ml couldnt help but admire it cause he remembered fl in previous life and fl thought he was in love with her mother xD
