——brainwash? contaminated? soleum to work in his show and cause his disappearance. then i hate how soleum asked for braun's help when he's about to be captured by agent choi and the guy is like "nope, just get caught, it's great for plot development" that my baby soleum was so depressed he didn't even want to talk to braun and i feel how exhausted he was to deal with this ghost entity (QAQ)

of course braun did a lot of contributions to help soleum but i would rather ship him with the greenest flags

yeah, read that part already but i lost all that giddy feeling after the betrayal lol because i realize that braun, while still care for his dearest 'friend,' is still a ghost story that if given the chance would contaminate kim soleum. it's funny how in the earliest chapter i was kicking my feet whenever braun and soleum had an interaction but after the betrayal and soleum's disappearance, i found out there's a lot of green flags out there who's truly concern for his wellbeing (that security guy for example) haha this is just my opinion tho

In the novel, it’s explained that Braun’s reasoning for why he didn’t help Soleum when Choi caught him was basically “Even if I help you, then what?” Because Sol would still be caught, his mission would still be over and he can’t go back to working in the agency. Braun was basically trusting Sol to get himself out of this situation in a new way like he always does, lol. But yes he did attic wife him and do all that other stuff so I can’t defend him too bad

yeahh but don't forget why soleum had to become a spy in the first place is because braun kidnapped him to work at his tv show which cause him to work under director ho. also, there's a time in the future where braun tried to recruit soleum again when he saw an opening to contaminate sol which fortunately was unsuccessful. now i don't hate braun x sol, i just don't ship it anymore after the end of part 1 (rn im a poly shipper of choi x sol x bronze but leaning heavily towards bronze, i just love bureau members so muchh （/TДT)/)

nah its just preference issue. braun and sol together are unstoppable but sol always have to tiptoe his words around braun bc he's a powerful ghost but i do see the vision why ppl still love them, i just found other characters more endearing to be shipped with sol after that betrayal
