Eh... I don't think marital status is a prerequisite in getting promotions in Japan or anything like that. It's more like if a Japanese woman is married into a proper family, she is respected as someone with a perfect career and family life, so it increases her chances of getting a promotion. Or if a guy gets engaged/married to his boss's daughter or an important figure in the partner company, he may get a promotion due to this connection (and improve his social status as well).
I don't think it's a law/regulation in Japan that you have to be married in order to be promoted. I believe it just comes down to experience and social status of a person.

It is not true. Along time ago it may have had some value for promotion ,but no longer. A married person was seen as stable and not going to leave the company. Those plot lines having to marry for work are just plot lines in the story ex. marrying the bosses daughter. Don't things like that happen every where, not just Japan?

I think just one manga like this is enough for me. I like the idea of omegaverse and omegas who can have babies, but I just can't get into seeing their huge bellies and how they give birth. It's still too much for me.
