At this point it’s not really about Mikayuu anymore, people are just tired of the plot being put into shambles, and Shinoa being shoved into out faces when her plot does not appeal to anyone really. I understand some people don’t mind it but the point is it has to make sense too. Yuu is dumbed down. Mika, the only rational character is dead. Shinya, the only OTHER rational character is no where to be seen, Krul, the only OTHER OTHER rational character is ALSO not to be seen.
I honestly loved Shinoa’s badass character, but they ruined it when all they made her out to be is a love interest now. She should’ve been more, done more. It’s like Asuna and Kirito all over again.

Tbh I know that if Lewis was alive he’d be with Ai. I’ve seen people say that Adolph is the one for him and I completely agree. I think that Lewis is still in love with the man he met 15 years ago and I wouldn’t blame him, but even if he was alive I know he’d choose to be with The doctor.
I think that Lewis and the Adolph who loved him and never cheated on him was meant to be. The old Adolph. I think they really were meant to be and even in the last panel Lewis wasn’t looking for Adolph, he was looking for the man he met back in Highschool. The one who loved him.
But even so, If he had lived on I know that he’d choose Dr. Ai. They would’ve been happy together. Lewis would’ve realized his self worth and chosen Ai because he loved Lewis and took care of him. I think Lewis loved him too, but he was still holding on to the Adolph he fell in love with.
I never doubted Lewis’ love for Ai. Lewis loved Ai but never said it cause he didn’t have the right to. He loved the doctor, but even he knew that it wasn’t fair to say so when he was still also in love with the old Adolph.
That’s also the reason why I think Lewis stayed with him for so long even through the cheating, cause a part of him wished that the old Adolph would comeback, and he was still so in love with the Adolph he met back then.
But Lewis even said himself that even after death he’d go to Ai. He chose Ai and would protect him. A part of Lewis still loved the old Adolph and I know that a part of him will always love that Adolph, but he loved Ai too.
As bad as this sounds I don’t think that Lewis dying was such a bad ending, cause we know that in the end, even In the afterlife, when it boils down to who Lewis would let into his arms, it would be Ai.
Even through the years of wait Lewis even said that he’d go back to Ai and protect him. Lewis and Ai are endgame, but Lewis and the OLD Adolph were meant to be. It just didn’t happen. And that’s okay.

Chiiiiiill! First of all it the ‘cancer’ thing was hypothetical. In chapter 3 page 12, it talks about things that could get into the way of their relationship. Cancer, A car crash, and even loss of memory, but it even states in the chapter THATS THIS MOST LIKELY WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Just because they’re going through a rough patch in their relationship doesn’t mean that one of them has cancer.
Second, in extras 109.1&2, the year 2024, THEY ARE STILL TOGETHER. THEY EVEN GOT RINGS. They are gonna be fine!
