It was about a boy that gets adopted in a family with a son in it. After that he develops a crush on the boy and does everything to keep others away from his crush/brother but in the end kills him. Also there was his alter ego from being too abused.

well it is my opinion and my opinion only.......; i guess it boils down to the artstyle, the mcs of the manhwas aforementioned are highkey not visiually appealing to me, whilst the intended love interest is literally made to be pretty/attractive :D
