it's incest but also not ig cause FL was supposed to be the only one who was born but because her mother wished for a son from the devil, the ML got born too. so in short ML was like jesus but in a demon ver cause he's created in a different way than the FL who's made like how normal babies are made. the reason why they looked similar was because the mother made another wish to the devil to make the ML look human so she can show the ML to the emperor and tadah he doesn't look like a monster anymore and instead look like the FL
