I was kind of excited to read a hetero mob romance manhwa but I was hoping she wasn’t a simple damsel in distress. I get she has a traumatizing past but you’re in a mob. I’ve seen average people suffer worse and suck it up because that’s how you survive. You don’t stay a victim. She’s bold, rebellious and beautiful but she doesn’t seem very smart. Doesn’t even have thoughts to overtake the mob business and take control of her own life. I like the ml but I don’t want this to be another “I need a man to save me” type of story
She falls in love with the art teacher but bc it’s NEVER GONNA HAPPEN BETWEEN THEM bc it’s a student x teacher relationship, she pours her love for him in her art. He love remains unrequited forever but has a slow burn love with Jigen who becomes her muse or even meet another arts student in University that will inspire her to take her art to the next level. She meets her teacher again years later, she’s a little older now, thanks him for everything and it’s a bittersweet scene but she’s happy engaged to someone else now and the teacher is with someone his own age or at least with someone who is legally an adult. Having read so much mangas and manhwas, this was chef’s kiss in the smut genre. Short and sweet. Plot was good, I love the fl and her relationship with the maids. How everyone was so chill and got their good endings. Only thing tho is the duke is eventually gonna need to marry someone and bear an heir for his own dukedom so at the back of my head I know him playing around with her isn’t gonna last unless she decides to marry him eventually and integrate the Meitner with the Beldains
