looking for the yaoi manga, it is about a kid who is in love with his friend so he sleeps around a lot he ends up thinking he has HIV goes to the hhosital and the doctor and him have slept together in the past. After a while things happen and he finally falls in love with the doctor

I swear i did read it on this site but now can not find it at all if its not on this site but you know what it is i would love if you told me the title still so i can get it out of my head. This is what i remember:
The first part is that this teen is the son of a samurai he comes across he actually samurai and attacks. the samurai feels bad for the kid so he has him sent a local dojo but they dont teach him they pretty much rape him. the teen ends up running away and mets the samurai again, this time he stays with samurai pretty much becoming his apprentice/lover(hes no longer a teen) a war like starts to break out and the samurai leaves to help out and leaves the uke but the samurai doesnt realize that he followed him. The samurai thinks the uke is dead but isnt.
