I wrote a reply to a comment on here yesterday, and now the original comment and the replies have vanished. I pointed out how their comment was very harmful and homophobic, and how they needed to research real gay relationships. I pointed out how massive age gaps are the norm in gay and queer relationships and provided some examples. The comments were very similar to what was said about gay drag queens in America, and I pointed out the severe harm it had caused. It was a hurtful stereotype and made my blood boil.
You can tell the people who only read Yaoi/BL for enjoyment purposes alone and know nothing about actual LGBTQ+ people and relationships. They aren’t just there for your enjoyment; they are real people with feelings and lives. Do your research and think about what you write on here. Actual gay and queer people share this space, so think before you write a vile and homophobic comment. Just because you may not understand something doesn’t give you the right to be that vile.
The only people not liking this point are probably fellow homophobes and the kids reading BL.
I refuse to read this. I’m just going to stick with last season, so from now on that is my ending, not this garbage. Did the author forget what kind of story this was, or what? It feels like an AU version of them. I hope they wake up and it was all just a nightmare one of them was having!
