Having no feelings between them, something still happened AND if Tamaki finds out abt this, he would be hella scarred and devastated, even if maybe finding out the real reason between Shii and the fbuddy entanglement (the fbuddy substitution as Tamaki). Tho I'm really curious how the author will play this out. Realistically speaking, Tamaki can't handle if he found out the truth, as he was mentally and physically scarred on the aspect of intercourse and relationships.
