Depends on the level of smut. In Asian countries - by default - real smut implies a certain level of "freakiness" of the customer/reader. Which means - juicy fantasies. I think, the p*rn industry is pretty much the same. Having something very ordinary and something rather juicy in the same context might not appeal to a large enough audience. So, it's basically a niche story. You've got to comb through the josei-smut-section. Toned down smut should definitely be available.
