Hey, I’m trying to find a manga. I only remember one scene and I hope this can help.
The MC, ML, and another girl was in the scene. Some students were playing soccer and one of them kicks the ball, which goes tot the three characters direction. The ML protects the other girl instead of the MC. The MC and the ML look at each other and then the MC leaves I think. The ML then explains to the MC that the other girl is sick and has an illness.
This was some years ago, but I think they met from social media, but I can’t be sure. I think there was the guy in the cover smiling?
