Third gripe the story is inconsistent one chapter she was skinny asf then the next pregnant asf during sex with no evident time skip so it makes you feel like the author is speeding through plot
Fourth gripe I don’t even know why she loves him this feels like Stockholm syndrome he was the only person to show her she had a choice in life so she felt like he was something special but she had a whole other man who would’ve done the same thing she just didn’t explore that bc she felt like her mom was forcing it when actually maybe her mom was being selfish but her mom also knew what it was like to marry a gangster being worried 24/7 being in danger 24/7 I don’t think she was wrong to want different for her daughter.
