Girl, the way I spedrun this manhwa. The fl is weak and stupid, the ml went through so many phases, and it’s can’t even be classified as growth. The transitions were also awful. The art was good in the first part though, other than that, nothing was good.

The mother is really pissing me off here. I understand that you’re anxious to save your daughter and whatnot but that doesn’t really excuse her behavior of sitting there like a duck cradling aysel. What good would that do? Plus, against a goddamn spell that was about to hit not only her but perhaps affect aysel too, all she does is close her eyes shut. Okay fine, she got flustered, BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WOULDN’T A DECENT PERSON TRIED TO SHIELD THE BOTH OF THEM AWAY EVEN IF SHE COULDN’T BLOCK THE SPELL WITH MAGIC. Braughhhhhhhhhh I swear I’m so close to dropping this, it’s getting boring.

I saw this chapter in tiktok, and goodness I love this fresh concept. The chapters are satisfying, and the female lead is strong I love that for her. Somehow this manhwa is so refreshing. And the male lead isn’t a dick, all the others are so entitled, arrogant, and ignorant of the fl’s wishes sometimes. So I really hope their relationship will sail smoothly as time passes.
