Kawaii Hito (saitou Ken)
- Very cute, reminds me of the anime toradora at times. The MC - Hana-chan has a glare that frightens everyone. He meets Hiyori, and they grow close and become a couple.
Secret Alliance
Finished - This is an edit from my original comment after thinking about the webtoon.
The plotline for this story is incredibly interesting - you're not dealing with a typical female character, nor a typical yandere character. Sian's character is intriguing because of her disdain for men, which drew me towards this story because I saw a reflection of myself in her character. Yul's character is furthermore intriguing, because, like other yandere characters, he's willing to do anything to gain Sian's affections no matter the cost - but he does it through cross-dressing, and pretending to be a girl called Yur (it's refreshing at the very least because it's not like other stories). The way the story progresses is good, the art is consistently amazing, and certain moments in the story got me running LAPSS around my apartment. I felt like some parts of the story didn't make much sense, like for instance when Sian talks to Yul one more time in the hospital - I would've thought that with everything she went through, she wouldn't be able to face him, or at the very least not be able to forgive the guy (but she does, it's eh I guess - it could've been better). The ending sort of killed me inside, because although it was satisfactory - I felt as if Yul's character could've gotten more development, or a different 'happy' ending at least, because it's unfair that Sian got one and not Yul.
I think the author did well in presenting characters like Yul, and Sian - especially in regards to their trauma, because it isn't glorified, and there weren't any parts of the story that were sexualised I suppose - but if there was, maybe I didn't catch it.
Other than that, I'd defo read this story again - it was a whole rollercoaster, and it did entertain me to the very end.
