slow burn is a perfectly acceptable thing. and they're definitely moving. the mc is coming to terms with his feelings, and they've started to recognize each other's feelings. and narratively, it makes sense for them to move much more slowly than the second couple--not only because of their circumstances and personalities (and history), but because it would be boring and unnatural if the main couple had insta-love.

What is the difference of gl and yuri?
Yuri is a japanese term for media focusing on lesbian relationships. Along with "Shoujo Ai". GL is short for "Girls Love" and is a term largely used on western Webcomic websites. A lot of Korean manhwa series are translated on sites like that, so they will often be tagged GL rather than Yuri. I think the term might have snuck back up the food chain to actually show up on Korean websites, but I could be remembering that wrong. Either way, GL, Yuri, and Shoujo ai are all terms that refer to stories about romantic relationships between girls.
As for the person with the original question: The two main characters are pretty clearly in a romantic relationship but it's a slice of life series, so it's not specifically *about* the relationship for the most part. It's tagged Yuri because there is no functional difference between the way the Yuri and Shoujo Ai tags are broadly used. A lot of people *try* to map a difference between the two terms, but they're used differently by western fans than they are in Japan, which leads to constant confusion and cross-over.
Some people say Shoujo Ai si more pure, while Yuri is more adult, but there are also lots of series that are marketed as pure yuri series. I've seen other people say it's Shoujo Ai when the girls are underage, but again, lots of books are marketed otherwise. The magazines that specialize in this stuff will often have either or both terms scattered around on their marketing material, and while fans are constantly trying to make it fit some actual standard, in practice, it just doesn't.
Since submissions here are submitted by the community, and everybody disagrees on how to apply the term, and stories are actually complicated and can't be cleanly divided along *any* line, it's generally best to just assume that the use of the two tags doesn't actually tell you anything about the series. If a series has the Yuri or Shoujo ai tag, it's teh gay ladies tiem nao. That's about the extent of what you can really get from them.

idk if anyone else feels like this but I would love for this series to be 3 seasons long, as we know both characters are confirmed to become obsessed with one another, so now that we are seeing how season 2 is unfolding, I would gen love for it to be covering moks past and struggles in depth and how his friends slowly help him to heal from nanjo and get back to normal, while at the same time, shocasing nanjos internal monolouge from the past season in bits so we understand how he was feeling better and at the very end of this season, while mok had almost gotten over nanjo, nanjo goes back to mok realizing how he wants mok and not that other brown haired ho, THEN season 3 should showcase nanjos regret arc and obsessive yearning to get back moks wholeheartedly, and throughout this the monolouge should shift between both of them per episode, not in the same one but in diffrent episodes, depending on who is fits more to narrate
