So back in the early 2000s it was around the time that Franky joined in the anime. I don't remember the exact reason for it but remember saying that Vega Punk would be a good guy and would lore dump our asses. So i was right! Also anyone finding it interesting that Lady sits on the empty thrown in secret hasn't used the same power she used on that other island? Me thinks i know why. Lets see if im right.
