So I read this manga a few years back and I'm trying to find it again. The story revolves around twin brothers and their childhood friend. One brother is alpha alongside the childhood friend and the other brother is omega, the childhood friend and alpha brother seems to like each other and eventually want to attend university together will the omega brother refuses to be bound by his identity, however an accident happen omega brother goes into heat the alpha childhood friend ends up going back to the classroom to find something and ends up attacking the omega brother and marks him. The childhood friend gives up his dream of going to university with the alpha brother and marries the omega brother who in turn ends up having their daughter. The alpha brother is heartbroken but accepts the choice of the two and moves away for school but never actually returns because he couldn't face them. The alpha brother ends up returning home for his brother's funeral and meets the alpha childhood friend who still has feelings for him, the alpha brother reads the letters left behind by his brother who admits he was jealous of his brother and regrets holding back the childhood friend because he knows he is a good guy who accepts his responsibilities which is why he never left because he felt guilty for attacking the omega brother back then who acknowledged that the accident happened only because he wanted to prove he was just as good as his alpha brother.

Hey guys, I need some help finding this manga. It's a josei manga about a delinquent boy who gets turned into a girl and starts falling for a rival delinquent and they begin a relationship. The girl keeps trying to find a way to turn back into a boy. I know the description isn't really good, but I really hope someone can help me.
