Does anyone know what's this mangas title and perhaps give me a link?

It's a about a guy names Towa who have a twin brother Yomatsu? And he was beat up by some gang because he was mistaken for his twin. The twin are identical twin at both have black hair and the guy (perhaps the love interest) have blond hair and saved Towa from the gang because he was able to differentiate the twin.

I'm down to any genre. I just feel like everything I laid my eyes on is so boring. I need to get out of this mood. It sucks and it is affecting my school life akdjakakak or I'm just too lazy lately? Fuck online class. I wanna go to school nd insult evreyone because they look good on their high school uniform. I wanna be a teachers pet again... then constantly recitating in Math eventhough I bad at it just to have a recitation pointsz in that way maybe I can survive high school having a decent Math grade because I'm really bad at it.
