Hello, I know this isn’t any of my business, but I’m also pretty chubby and your story broke my heart a little. That guy is terrible, and I don’t think you have to be brave and happy about it. It’s ok to be sad and hurt. You broke up with someone you like for a reason that truly sucks. Yes attraction is important in a relationship, but it shouldn’t go just appearance deep. And chubby people shouldn’t have to brave and happy to be lovable. It’s ok to be human and to be scared and upset. For myself, I found that the best thing to work on going forward is to love myself no matter what I look like. Love isn’t conditional to how much I weigh.
