It's been shown in the story that OG Ian is not bad at all. But in certain panels it's showed that OG Ian has changed and it started when I think the mother got the power to be incharge of him. And the sexual harassment or the raping begone. The mother SA Ian so it become the root of his thinking that all women are evil or deserve to die. He trusted the mother but she did something unforgivable to him. Then he become lean on man, I think the trauma triggered him becaming gay or more sexually involve with men (well this is not really a true to life scenarios cause this might be not reason in real world. This is fiction after all, just creeps fantasy). And I think OG Ian also got gangraped in the university by his group of oh-so-called "friends" that added to his trauma because of the rumors about him (that the mother fancy OG Ian in sexual way) and because of his pretty face. I think that why he hates woman so much because the mother—a woman, is the start of all his suffering.
