I believe you can just upload it yourself.
you can upload directly if theres already a page of that manga. if not, i believe you can email the admin. the quickest way would be uploading your manga somewhere else (ex. mangadex) and wait until mangago bot mirror that here

Yeh the series I’m doing doesn’t have anything here but on the one you mention does and I’m currently waiting to get approve buy there admins as well. Thanks for the help :)
