I thought that Cale's past life was dull in the early parts of the story.But, his past life was really NOT that got ne shocked because his past life in the story will only show bits and pieces so like in the 600+ chapters in the novel you can totally know he does not have a dull lilife in the past. In fact, I think he was an influential person in his past life as Kim Rook Soo.
Also, I'm looking forward to what he actually looks like back in Earth
