I don't really like the story but 'Low Tide in Twilight' had a pretty memorable rut scene. 'Salt Society' also has a rut scene. I'm pretty sure 'Scentless Trail' also has a rut scene, but it is a pretty shitty story. 'Kiss Me if You Can' and 'Dog and Bird' too. Many omegaverse stories used to have a rut scene if that helps :) Also a recent one is 'What Happens when a Surrogate is Single?' their 2 most recent chapters are rut scenes
