    Double tap on the panel you want to save, and it should come up with a pop up saying ‘create new album’

    I only read on my phone, and to be able to do that, I have set it to desktop mode and disable multi-page view

    You can do it by just tapping once on the panel if you're using a pc. But on phone you have to turn on desktop mode
