Users on this site send links to admins here to upload certain manga so this won't do anything. And admins here definitely do not pay for stories that they upload
And to get "Royal servant" and "A guy like you" you have to buy chapters. So unless you, or somebody else wants to pay for chapters and them upload it here you won't see them.
And, honestly, it's not nice to rip off authors whose stories you actually can get in English (it's not nice to rip off authors either way, but I'm on this site, so I can't judge too much...)
Especially author of Out of control/never understand where on Lezhin you get one free episode every week
