Not the whole furry thing or anything, just that the beast men (or at least Kazami) have a fuzzy head and tail, but the rest of their bodies look completely smooth and hairless. It just kinda looks like they slapped a fursuit head, tail, and claws onto a human and called it a day. I only got through about 2 chapters before stopping due to how weird it looked, so for all I know they fixed it later on, though. :/
Did they go back to a timeline where all the animal spirits are alive again or are most still dead? It was mentioned that Rabbit turned into a cat to lead Dojin back to their world, so maybe they're alive? I hope Black Tortoise got his empress back, too. It was definitely unfair he had to lose her due to Yellow Dragon's inability to let Dojin go. :(

I hope they didn't get rid of the normal prosthetic for the running blade. A running blade is just for running and is very awkward and uncomfortable to walk with. It's definitely good to have one in an apocalypse I suppose (good luck putting it on properly in a situation where you need to get away fast, though), but that man is gonna be sorry if he's gotta constantly walk with it.
