I rly dont think they will ! Even if they break up, Naoto is too much in love w Taichi to sleep with Nishina. Plus I think Naoto sees Nishina only like a friend and not like a potential fuck partner. I think it could be an interesting plot I mean, I love this yaoi, I love Daichi and Naoto together its by far one of the best yaoi i've ever read and it'll bring so much more feels in this story !!!
