What do you guys think, is Yaoi part of BL or not? Are Yaoi and Shounen Ai part of BL? (Boys Love)

I always thought of BL as any story with a gay relationship (not necessarily sexual) between two guys, like an umbrella term, obviously including yaoi and shounen ai if it has that sort of relationship.
Ive also seen people say that Yaoi was a diff genre from BL because yaoi is only japanese and usually very sexual
Yup same here, I always thought both are Sub terms of BL.
I ask this question because some say Yaoi isn't part of BL and BL is a whole different Genre.

Well In my knowledge, BL is called "Boys Love", That's what Fujoshis call it generally.
And as for Yaoi, They're originally Japanese, but because there are a lot of people outside of Japan reading Yaoi. It's not restricted in Japanese only. There are Manhwas and Manhuas of Yaoi now.
Yaoi is not a different genre from BL tho. Yaoi is a sub genre of BL. Which is more Sensual and detailed (wink wink) than Shounen Ai.
I ask this question for your opinion on this.

Ending felt so rushed, it doesn't have the satisfying ending like BJ Alex like I thought it would so I'm kinda sad about it Σ( ￣□￣||), since mostly of the scenes are ngl fucked then out of nowhere "I can't live without you" type moment then end scene, there was no in between, there wasn't even a wholesome sexy sex scene after they got together, no proposal scene no nothing（￣へ￣）. May grandma rest in peace tho
Wish it could've been better but I hope there are side stories :>
