usually at the scanlator's website/tumblr acct. go to any big scanlator's site, they already have plenty of titles you could download.
You can go on to yaoiotaku.com and download yaoi on there. They also have raws.

Try maybe Mawaru Penguindrum. It's pretty bizarre and it makes you think. The setting is not dark (it's rather cute and colorful at first glance) but it gets progressively disturbing. No gore, no horror ^^

Lf yaoi, it was volume + spin off volume. From spin off I remember scene where boy in dorm registered on gay site and his roommate saw it, (in mobile) saying it was ok because he had gay friend too. He later set him up for blind date with their teacher/dorm leader.
