In chapter 172, jiwoo and jiyoug apparently started dating. Around the ending of that chapter, she States that because now that their dating she won't be accepting anyone else's dating requests.

I know we are at 307, I was just rereading the story again and while I was reading it I passed through chapter 172. In that chapter it went on about how Patrick's grandson wants to marry jiyoung, however jiwoo get jealous and jiyoung States, "since my brother said it, I guess we are dating" it wasn't verbatim but that's the just of it
"Actually it's because of jisuk, but since we're going out now, I shouldn't be giving anyone a chance now."
This was the quote that jiyoung said in response to jiwoo saying he felt unhappy with her getting a proposal

If you reread the story again and go around chapter 170 or so, there is a part where jiwoo gets jealous because the Patrick kid likes jiyoung. Then jiyoungs bro (forgot his name) says "nah you can't be with my sis cause jiwoo is with her already". Then jiyoung says to jiwoo "looks like we are together". I remember people saying nah it's weird but it makes total sense.
