I don't feel like typing out names so I'll just use MC and ML. Essentially the MC is a political assistant trying to get the ML to sell the gym so they can start redevelopment. We know that, anyways... when MC's political party first started redevelopment in ML's area, he was still a kid and his mother was severely sick. MC was facing pressure from his boss to get the seal from ML's mother, the confrontation caused her to collapse and die in MC's arms. Since his involvement in her death (which was indirectly caused) his boss told him not to go to the funeral because it could lead to backlash on her campaign. The matter was swept under the rug. The gym was bought by a police officer who started caring for ML, but was sexually/physically abusing ML behind closed doors and he could do nothing about it. Idk if that makes sense but I don't much more than that because I haven't read the raws. :>
