I was not ready lol. It got canceled because of how the first chapter ended! The author also figured that having the male lead hand money off to the enslaved people to leave was great, but in reality, they may not have made it home, and he could've told any other story.
Shame. I believe with the right assistance and research the story could've been redeemed.
