To explain more: the clothes the salesman brought were clothes that tightened around the chest, not the stomach (which would be bad for her as her pregnancy progresses.)
That's why MaoMao suggests they ask if they have any other clothing types, especially that even if it's a coincidence, they might realize that Gyokuyou is pregnant anyway because she normally wears clothing that tightens around the stomach.

More or leas yeah. There’s no telling for sure if the salesperson actually knows, but buying clothes that tighten around the stomach as Gyokuyou usually wears those is like a precaution to keep the news of pregnancy leaking either way.
A time travel plot where both leads go back because if the guy was a bitch in the past life and they are the canon couple, then I am glad they both went back in time.
