wait what controversy?? i havent been as active with the fandom past 6 months

Well the fandom has been really annoying lately. They've directly mentioned pirating this manga to urana, then there's some other stuff happening on twt which I dont rlly have the details of but urana is also getting backlash for smth idk. U can probably find all of this on tiktok

She supported something really insensitive to black people and then when people spoke up about it people started getting really racist and then she deactivated and then like two days later she’s back. Kei is not a perfect person don’t treat her like one lmao.

Damn and here I thought she was a good artist for having black representation in her manga since I rarely ever proper designs of my race and usually racist caricatures. Thanks a lot for informing of me this. Btw I wasnt trying to make her seem "perfect" as u said, I only that they're some controversies happening surrounding her but I never looked into it. I typically dont interact with the fandom too much and I'm not on twt so I didnt even knw abt this. More ppl should be talking abt this problem in this comment section, I cant believe no one mentioned it.

I don’t think most people here follow the drama going down on twt like u said you didn’t so maybe thats why? Nor do I think a lot of people care and just simply read the manga and not interact with the fandom.
