The rape scene behind the bar was so unneeded to the story line. Also, what are the chances of that happening?? A customer is refused by the waiter, beats him up, comes back again, drugs him and rapes him. WTF? Also, also, how can the uke be so nonchalant about it. ...
Honestly I don't think so.
The Guy who raped him has some sense of 'pride' and he couldn't handle the fact the the protagonist refused him. So he gets back on him. This happends in real life too, why do you think people get raped while going out? That is because in some cases the victim did something to damage their 'pride' and sometimes you get the reaction in an instant or it takes time for example by stalking.
(Ofcourse there are more situations/reasons/examples)
And for the uke in this case. He shuts his feelings down because if you read the story he doesn't want to depend on anyone. He is glad that he has a roof over his head.
Of course he doesn't want to get raped but I think that he thinks that there are worse things than that.

I also agree that the rape seen was unneeded. at first I was also triggered when sazawa said there's nothing they can do about it but then most of the time rape victims are the one who doesn't want to have anything to do with what happened. as much as possible they just want to put it behind but that's not how easy it is. they do want to but the traumatic experience is really just the worst... but that's how offenders get away from their crime.
as for the rape, Fumichi didn't want to dwell with it... to me it seemed like unlike the other victims it didn't really affect his psyche as much as what we know of. there are more worse problem for him as @thelegendofloki said and being taken advantage of is not really one of his worst.
it may seemed like it wasn't really a big deal... well for Fumichi. it's like whatever happens happen for him.
anyway rape scene is unneeded. hopefully mangaka used different a different scenario to show Fuchimi's personality....
or... that's how mangaka sees the easiest way to do so.

For some reason the word shit keeps popping into my mind after reading this. Mostly because I think the little brother is shit. I mean, I get you were disappointed to find out your big bro is gay but come on ... You out him to absolutely everybody you meet, to the point he doesn't even go to school?? It takes a special little shit to do that.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think the big bro is that great either. But I see him in a more pathetic light. He basically lets his little brother humiliate him at every corner and his like meh.
I would have been a thousand times happier with a cheesy BL ending where we find out that the lil bro is actually in love with him and did all that out of jealousy. But instead we get some wishy washy ending in which it seems like lil bro is just doing big bro a favour by letting him b near him.
I don't know what you got from the ending, but that's what I got. Anyway lil bro is shit.. nothing you say can convince me otherwise
It was an interesting story, well paced expect towards the end, where everything seemed to happen rather quickly.
All in all my comments on this are:
1. Rikorou feelings of anger when he found out Yasu slept with Katou just because he confessed and cried were understandable. On the other hand, he should have also made a move earlier if he didn't want another man to take him.
2. Throughout the whole manga you didn't really get to see Yasu's express his feelings towards Rikorou. There were some hints given by the author, but he didn't really share any with Rikorou so when Rikorou thought he was sleeping with him out of pity, it's understandable, Yasu did that before with Katou too.
3. Overall I didn't really like the uke, Yasu was needy and selfish, he hurt those around him, especially Rikorou but even Katou a little (he was stringing him along with all those dinners and patting his head despite the fact that he knew Katou's intentions were to sleep with him again).
4. Them getting back together happend so fast as well. I mean they were in this really dark place where even Rikorou had given up, Yasu was pissed at him and ddn't really want to clarify what was going on, Rikorou saw Yasu patting Karou head... so basically done. I find it strange to believe that only a few words from the manager caused him to shift. It feels that right there are a few missing pages.
5. I guess my main dissatisfaction with this is that I feel Yasu was not worthy of all the love Rikorou had for him. I think most of the readers felt that way since they thought that even the manager and Rikorou made a better couple. I also felt like that at some point in the manga, like they will hook up, which is quite a strange expectarion for a yaoi.
That is my rant :)
1. Well, up until Katou there was NEVER a moment in which Yasu was anything but straight. So Rikuou would have rather preserved their friendship than ruin it by being called disgusting for not only being gay but in love with Yasu.

I was beyond disappointed with Yuri oh the way he betrayed the Jaerim and utterly crushed by the levels of Jaerim's pain in this chapter. He was betrayed by a friend, sexually assaulted, almost raped, he was humiliated and for what? in the end to have the person he loved the most, the person he hoped would save him turn his back on him and BLAME him? Fuck that shit, fuck this shit, fuck you Yuri! Grow a pair of balls and a brain!!!

I noticed a lot of people writing comments about the seme being fishy. I feel the same way so I decided to post my own theory. Here we go:
The uke asking him to stay at his place was NOT a coincidence, it was all planned by the seme! The seme saw the uke was gay so he decided to get close to him. He flirted with the uke for that purpose. When he has the fight with his family over the phone and the uke overhears him by accident he uses this occasion to convince the uke to have dinner with him. Then during dinner he faked being drunk so he can get the uke inside. When they were finally inside he continued to act drunk and pushes the uke until he fucks him. He was planning to leave home because of his family and because he is gay and doesn't want to get married so when the sister came he introduces the uke as his boyfriend. The uke after just losing his virginity to him feels flattered and doesn't deny that statement, he actually likes it. After the sister leaves the seme strategically starts talking to the uke about his plans to leave home, hinting that he would need a place to stay for the time being and surprise surprise, the uke offers his place. End of theory!
