Okay, so what Hyunwoo did was ofc def wrong, and he shouldn’t have done that to Suhwee or what his name. He’s definitely got some mental issues, but his motive definitely makes sense. Just think about it, he looked up to her as a person who understood him and was real with him. Plus, she was the one who made the first move on him when she kissed him, so ofc as time went on, he was more dependent on her for emotional support and felt good that at least he meant something to her, even if he didn’t mean anything to his parents anymore (for screwing up on the college entrance exams). Imagine how it feels for him to see his one pillar of support to literally hit him til he bled and tell him that he meant nothing to her. Additionally, NOBODY deserves to be called “just a hole [she] filled to get [herself] off” and a that his only purpose was to be her “pretty trashcan.” I’m not saying that Hyunwoo is innocent, neither he nor hyesol are. His obsession with Hyesol definitely indicates that he needs mental help, but really it’s just a result from his upbringing and his circumstances.
