Yeah it's pretty obvious what with the Etam family's connection to dragons. Honestly I'm more surprised the people in this family don't think she could be a dragon when their house was founded on the basis of their relationship with a dragon.
I think the reason why they didn't think of her as a dragon yet was because they didn't think she was an actual descendant of the family??
