The mc is in love w ml, but ml got married (fam reasons, i think) and mc started avoiding ml. MC was planning to go to travel to move on from ML, but the night before MC leaves, ML comes knocking on MC’s door crying and yeah… I forgot what happened but ML somehow managed to convince MC to take ML w him to that trip (the trip he was taking because he wanted to move on from him !!!!! lol). that’s all I remember. I think it was more likely a manhwa since the island they traveled to was jeju, i think?

Then one day, he sees a boy who’s literally that character from the book (but male ver). There’s a nice plot twist and the manga had only 5 chaps.
