No, I’m not try to say that he’s trashy to justify him get raping or having him kept quiet about the assault but more surprised that he knows what is being an asshole/trashy is like. Sure, he doesn’t understand human emotions but does that really justify the way he acts towards the people around him?

Funny thing is he can't understand emotion but he never sexually assaulted anyone(in the novel atleast) unlike his asshole brother Nathaniel and those asshole sisters. He tried to 'help' in his own way which was truly bullshit and i really hate what happened to chase. Still people always hate on Grayson for Chase's story but doesn't understand the fact Grayson just doesn't understand being "normal" as he don't understand what people feels and what he's exactly feeling that's doesn't mean he doesn't know difference bw assault or consensual sex. And he never once hurt anyone first so he has every right to call dane trashy cuz dane is at fault here and Grayson is the victim here

Yes, Grayson is victim here but I was just surprised to see that he could recognize trashy behavior from Dane but can’t recognize it in himself in other books or in this book, I’m just pointing out that hypocrisy.

I’m sure all the readers here understand that Grayson doesn’t understand human emotions based on the little novel spoilers on his childhood environment and based on his parents parental style. Their hate for Grayson is justified because Grayson continued to build that trauma loop for Chase, continuing to talk about how chase “slept” with a dog whenever he possibly get the chance to. But just because he doesn’t understand human emotions doesn’t give him the right to trashy to others. Sure, compared to his brother, Nathaniel and his sisters, he’s not as trashy as them but he still is trashy.
