can someone explain this to me? i thought inhun died, but in chapter 111 he's at the parade, everyone calls him inhun, and the scene is clearly in the present. it continues with him appearing in later scenes and connects directly to the rest of the story without ever indicating it's a flashback. did i miss something, or was this ever explained?
*Major Spoilers* ahead for those who haven’t read the story yet.
This is my understanding of how everything played out:
Inhun was still alive, but Min and the other nobles tried to make it look like Seungho killed him to frame him.
The hired jester (that Jihwa hired earlier) killed the servant man Dukjae (chapter 54-55) and they put his body in a well wearing a noble’s attire (ch 97) to make it look like Inhun, and they had Na-kyum’s sister come look at the body (making her believe that Seungho killed Inhun). They then took chicken blood, trashed Inhun’s house to make it appear there were signs of a struggle and left Inhun’s glasses there (that’s why Inhun shows up without his glasses later because he sent them to Min (ch 115 shows Inhun received letters from Min)). This made everyone think that the body in the well was Inhun. Then Min showed everything to Na-kyum’s sister so that she would believe him and tell Na-kyum which would make him want to run from Seungho so that Min could kidnap him. Once the body was taken out of the well, it was later identified by Seungho’s servants to be the servant man Dukjae (ch 98), not Inhun. By that point though, Na-kyum’s sister had already believed the lie and told Na-kyum that Inhun had been killed.
This all went down while Inhun was away studying/taking the civil servant exam somewhere farther away, and when Inhun passed the exam, he returned for the parade.
Hope this helps!
i'm so confused about who's an esper and who's a guide. hima is an esper, right? and what's the red-haired guy? the story is really good, but i'm still pretty confused about everyone's roles.
hima is an esper, than is a guide. the red-haired guy is also an esper, but he specifically possesses "psychic" esper abiities (which haven't been fully detailed yet). this is why he was able to act in place of a guide when the bald esper rampaged, he "commanded" him to stop rampaging. hima's twin is a guide.

he's so scary go away i don't wanna read no more ..
