Well not all of them is cute ( I am an Asian by the way) but I do have a friend whose cuter than a girl and more feminine, and his skin is so soft with no hair. Really kind to anyone and his politeness is just ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ . But not everyone like him and he's kinda become a loner because of his feminine at high school ( him and I go to different School). Guys. What do you do when you have depression? As u know, some people have off days when they get depressed on that certain day and other day they feel fine.. well, i'm having an off day. ╥﹏╥
listening on music on full volume, read yaoi, eat like crazy, watch movie / reality show / drama,
just take a nice bath & sleep
When I'm like that I try and watch stuff I find funny (american dad, certain youtubers) while eating some candy or I will play a (imo) relaxing game like Project Diva Hatsune Miku. Reading a happy no-drama manga or something may help too. Anyway thats what works for me.

I'd say if it happens so seldom that you don't already have a routine for what to do on down days, it's definitely not chronic.
