it made perfect sense. the second lead was manipulative and not innocent either. joowon, the first lead, meanwhile developed WAY more-- far more than the 2nd boy. and it was clear Haesoo loved Joowon from the very start and didnt once stop loving him. He was very unhappy with Taku.

You'd have to have the POOREST reading comprehension to think Taku even had a chance. Especially by the 3rd season.
Also I'm glad I saved these person's posts (bless you @gardenfairy) because they're so excellent for dumb taku stans that don't remotely understand this story or understand their so-called favourite character's, actual well... character lol.

On the contrary it wouldn't have made sense if Haesoo ended up with Taku. Maybe after a 100 more chapters of Taku development and with Joowon completely out of the picture. Maybe..just maybe then Taku and Haesoo would have ended up together.
Otherwise, a Taku endgame would have been too sudden and their relationship wouldn't have been healthy for either of them.
Joowon and Haesoo is the best ending and made perfect sense. Joowon cares for Haesoo and despite his mistakes he never had ill intentions toward Haesoo. He loves him. They love each other but they weren't free to express what they truly felt. Also, Taku seems to be happy with his new relationship which I doubt he would truly have been if all he had was Haesoo's body and not his heart.

he was weirdly manipulative and didn't have sincere feelings and wanted to toy around with haesoo at the start. something joowon never intentionally did. and then especially considering how joowon is the most developed lead i mean.... ?
