Yeah i understand you but well as you post a public comment it is not guearanteed to only have likes you have to face that i guess. After all it's peoples opinions they decide whether or not they like or dislike something but...i can't believe there really are people that would read all comments just to dislike them. Don't take that into heart, like LazyPants is saying posting a public comments will trigger some ppl and some not.
I know its not guaranteed but these people are disliking out of boredom probably and not content
