I know the appeal of sex is what drives in viewers but unlike a lot of yaoi manga, while sex is an important theme the story is driven by nerrative. Theres no point having the story littered with sex if it wasnt relevant, and im surprised to see people complaining there wasnt enough when there were any in the first place.Im sad that the story ended, but it ended on a good note, and im so tired of the protagonist falling into a same/uke box of set tropes. this author has a gift for writing characters, and i look forward to any more works they have to offer. Well in his other work by this same author (Loved Circus), people more talk about the fact that the two main MC dont get together and have sex rather talking about the plot of the story. So yeah, i think most people came to read Yaoi just to jerk off (Its fine though its just not that valid reason at least in my opinion to criticize a series just because there is no hardcore sex scene)
I was so excited when i read love circus, i didnt care that they didnt have sex i was just bummed they never went out or implied they had sex before he got into the accident, i think its just sad he missed his only opportunity to be able to embrace him before he has to be like that his whole life. still a cute story, made me cry
