Somehow i can understand gjord. Imagine u're dear someone just nearly dying bcs of something unpredictable or something that should not gonna happen if u just don't act on your own (if u know what i mean). You will workup like that. It's a form of worrying, scared, "questioning why" and adrenaline still high.
