1. How short is short? Give me max amount of chapters you’d be okay with. Coz for some people ten is short and for others 50 is short.

I'm fine with either 12 chapters, it van even be 6. Also fine with 50 chapters. You know what it doesn't really matter as long as it makes me cry.
For your second question, both are fine with me.

Bokurano and Zense Coupling have between 60 and 70. The rest are all 10 or less iirc. Two of these have happy endings. Have fun finding out which looooool
Can somebody recommend there go-to manga. Like manga that you can re-read for 10 times. I haven't been able to find any stories that piqued my interest for a whil now.
Genre: Fantasy, could be romance(idc if it's straight, bl or gl), sports
