What is really funny is that even if Bune hadn't immediately gone after the priest, he would have the very moment he found out the priest had someone sent after the kid.
It just goes to show that he wasn't just corrupt or a massive AH. He was also extremely stupid. Glad he was done and dusted quickly. He would have just been too annoying to keep around.

WTF, lady?!? She isn't just the normal evil. She's downright cruel!
Never mind saying in front of the Duke that it's good his brother died. To say to a CHILD that it's good their parent died is absolutely abhorrent! I hope that Clarisse doesn't just rip her a new one, but that she leaves that horrible woman completely and totally eviscerated. To the degree that even she (red head), is completely shunned by all the noble ladies going forward, and can never show her face in polite society, or noble social circles again!

That panel on page 16 gave off some serious Junji Ito vibes for a brief second. Not because of the art style, but because of the intensity.
I hope gramps isn't going to do anything to hurt Anya. ...
Hii, I just want to ask if its your preference to read by pages? Since you mention page 16. If not, and if you want to change that, click the 3 lines on the top part of your screen and turn on multipages.
Sorry if I'm being nosy, its because I have a friend who read on this site for months and wish she knew sooner about the multipages because she was struggling to read manually by pages before.
Just ignore this comment if its not the same case as her
It's okay. It's a reasonable question. If I'm on my laptop, I tend to read by pages unless the pages are so cropped that it makes it more cumbersome. Then I'll switch to multipages.
If I'm on my phone, I read as multipages with no gap. It just makes it easier to read that way on mobile.
I do appreciate the tip though. Had I not been aware already, it would have been extremely helpful.

There are several side stories in the novel, after the main story ends, where it splits off into different routes. Each route shows Shushu end up with one of the other main characters, including Hestia. Though I'm unclear on the details of each specific route.
Basically it's a "pick the ending you like best" type of thing. There is an actual canon ending with a specific character. But we should be able to see all the different ending possibilities. So anyone who has a specific person they want to see Shushu with, will get that chance.
Where did you read the novel please
It's on the Novel Updates website under the name I Don’t Want To Be An Ojakgyo.
Oh, but you do need to create an account to actually read the chapters. Don't worry. It is free.
